PMI is actively engaged in advocacy for the profession, setting professional standards, conducting research and providing access to a wealth of information and resources.

Being a certified PMP myself, I adhere to project management best practices and have led a number of successful projects. I help my clients plan for a new project or steer an existing project back on track, re-define scope, prioritize action items, and establish a well-defined change control process.

Having a solid understanding of critical path/PM methodologies and being proficient in MS Project, I am able to help my clients visualize and forecast project progress using earned value analysis. I also assist my clients in exploring flexibility in task sequencing to shorten project timeframe and save on budget.
