We have a vast experience with Content Management Solutions; and at the same time, we are vendor neutral, meaning we do not promote any specific products. We look for solution that is best for you.

Analysis
One of the common pitfalls we have seen is picking a platform before developing solid business requirements and a business case. When this happens, technology ends up driving your business processes rather than vice versa. At PCG, we have divided this analysis exercise into 4 phases to help you avoid the pitfall: 1. Defining your business vision, 2. Gathering requirements, 3. Product selection, and 4. Business case engagement.

Implementation
At the start of this cycle, we will work with you on putting together a detailed design document, which serves as a blue print of what we are going to deliver and ensure the solution supports existing technical infrastructures, strategic corporate directions, and future development.

While developing the solution, we will schedule prototype presentations as we have discovered it is the most direct and effective way to reduce risk. Through our experience and use of best practices, we commit ourselves to a development process which ensures the software is coded, unit tested, and integrated well together to work as one system.

One of the most frequently under-estimated segments is the migration of the content into the new environment. It could be a daunting task but we can help minimize the effort and risk by planning upfront and providing a solid migration strategy.

Support Services
After the project goes live, our care does not stop there. Very often, our clients are interested in establishing a long term partnership as they understand changes do occur and we will be the best candidate as we are already intimate with their business. Our support services include rapid problem resolution, server maintenance, and application enhancements.
